  • ECM: We provide our in-depth knowledge in the capital markets space to our clients in the fields of IPOs; Capital Raisings; Convertible Instruments; Private & Public Placements

  • DCM: Through our extensive know-how in the debt capital markets we can provide our services for Bonds (Convertible, High Yield, Muni, Corporate); Loans (Term loan, Secured / Unsecured, RCF); Mezzanine

  • Investor Relations: We provide expertise in all aspects of public IR representation as well connecting our clients to our extended global network
     

M&A Advisory

  • Buy- and sellside transactions on the public and private side

  • Takeovers and going-private transactions as well as recapitalizations and restructurings

  • Development and formulation of M&A strategies

  • Identification, screening and initiation of discussions with potential acquisition targets

  • Structuring and negotiations of transactions, including arrangement of acquisition financing

Corporate Finance Advisory

  • Support for financial models, business plans and independent valuation services

  • Comparable analysis with listed / private peers

  • Creation of investor, company and earnings presentations

Managing Partner
  • Over 9 years of experience in the advisory and investment business for private and public companies in numerous industries
  • Worked on various transactions in equity and debt markets with the respective deal sizes ranging between €1M and €1,250M
  • Successful execution of more than 40 transaction in the capital markets
  • Graduated from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, Oestrich-Winkel, Germany with a Bachelor in General Management
